Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Your FizzBite storefront runs in the phone's web browser. Customers scan a QR code or tap a link and they're ordering in seconds. They can add it to their home screen if they like.
Will customers see the FizzBite name?
Your storefront uses your name, logo, colours and, on eligible plans, your own web address. It's your brand throughout the ordering journey.
Is there a contract?
No. FizzBite is billed monthly and you can cancel any time. There's no long-term contract tying you in.
What equipment do I need?
Any tablet, laptop or phone with a web browser can run the staff order dashboard. Nothing else is required to get started.
How do I get paid?
Customers pay online when they order, and payouts go directly to your connected bank account.
How long does setup take?
Most venues can be live within a few days. Send us your existing menu and we'll help you get it set up.
Can I use it across several locations?
Yes. The Multi-site plan lets you manage menus, prices and reporting centrally while each location keeps its own ordering page.
